We have the staff to listen to and work with you through the design phase, tailoring your addition to meet your needs, and help keep you within budget. With each revision, we can quickly assess the feasibilty of your changes from both an engineering and financial perspective. This is a great advantage to you our client, as it will save you valuable time and money.

OUR PROCESS Our initial meeting will be to at no charge. Here we will discuss what type of rooms you would like to add, what existing rooms you would to incorporate, your budget as well as the feasibility of your goals and needs.

A Design Agreement is presented to you shortly afterwards, detailing the aspects of your design and an estimated price. With most of the work done by our own employees, time is saved and resources are utilized to create a detailed scope of your project, with everything from footers to flooring, and an accurate price. Undoubtedly changes will be made during the design process, but this scope of work acts as a solid point of departure so we are all on the same page.

Once you have approved the Design Agreement, we get started with your concept drawings and continue through to blue prints. It is an easy process with our company and the length of time spent is up to you. Take as much time as you need or we can all work hard to meet your deadline.

Think of our design process as an interview. We will meet with you to create and refine a design that is right for you and within your target budget. Once you are satisfied with your plans we will move onto the construction phase.
