OUR PROCESS Our initial meeting is at no charge. During that meeting, we will listen to your needs and goals for your new kitchen or bathroom you are looking to add or renovate. We take measurements and discuss the feasibility of how that can be done within your budget.

Following our visit, we will draft a Construction Agreement with a detailed Scope of Work. In this agreement, we outline the design elements and features that will comprise your project. Additionally, we include an estimated allowance. The allowance is the the value the cabinets and counter tops that we have suggested based on our initial meeting; giving you the flexibility in both budget and design.
